1. Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and 8fb8 governing your use of the platform. These documents should be read together.

2.1 When Acceptance Takes Effect

2.3 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

8fb8 is strictly an adult platform. Age verification is enforced at registration and at withdrawal.

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use the 8fb8 platform in any capacity. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 8fb8 does not provide services to any person under the age of 18, regardless of parental or guardian consent. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age at registration will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance, including winnings accrued during the period of use, will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with 8fb8:

1. Any person under the age of 18 years.
2. Any person who has previously been self-excluded from 8fb8 and whose self-exclusion period remains active.
3. Any person who has been permanently banned from 8fb8 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Any employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8fb8, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. Any person acting as an agent or proxy for another individual in connection with gambling activity on the platform.

4. Account Registration and Security

One account per player. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials at all times.

4.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must also create a secure password for your account. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents.

4.2 One Account Rule

Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether using different personal details, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. If 8fb8 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 8fb8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify 8fb8 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 8fb8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

4.4 KYC and Identity Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, 8fb8 will request that you complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a passport, or a government-issued driving licence. 8fb8 may also request proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot showing your name on your bKash, Nagad, or bank account). 4.5 Account Name and Payment Method Match

5.5 Currency and Conversion

7. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility conditions.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All registered 8fb8 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account Settings, without requiring prior notice to or approval from 8fb8 support:

2. Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a set duration.

8.2 8fb8's Obligations

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8fb8 platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through 8fb8.

7. Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.

9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8fb8 staff, support agents, or other players.
10. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the 8fb8 platform's software or infrastructure.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

8fb8 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where these Terms & Conditions have been breached.

10.1 Suspension by 8fb8

8fb8 may suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) pending KYC verification or fraud investigation; (c) receipt of a chargeback claim or payment dispute; (d) reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct; or (e) upon instruction by a competent legal authority. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. 8fb8 will endeavour to resolve account suspensions within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to the registered email address on file.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may close your 8fb8 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 8fb8 — all Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are immediately forfeited. Real-money balance is returned to the player subject to completed KYC verification, unless the closure is due to confirmed fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, in which case 8fb8 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation.

11. Limitation of Liability

8fb8's liability to players is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11.1 Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond 8fb8's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. 8fb8 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where practicable. 8fb8 accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from platform unavailability.

11.2 Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit with 8fb8. 8fb8 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players. 11.3 Third-Party Services

11.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability

12. Amendments to These Terms
